This is a position of responsibility and accountability and as such we are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate the ability to:
* Coach staff and Assistant Managers on the principles of running an effective and profitable branch e.g. selling techniques, customer service and staff motivation.
* Seek new business opportunities.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external suppliers.
* Display timely and quality decision making, working under tight deadlines and pressure.
* Display a high level of verbal and written communication skills.

* Proven ability to carry out customer development visits resulting in sales growth.
* Excellent strike rate in winning high value quotes.
* Ability to maintain positive pricing.
* Promote VAP sales and margins.
* Effectively run SMS.
* Maintaining and assisting with debtors.

* Support the development of a branch succession plan.
* Demonstrates planning ability.
