Position Overview

Autodesk is transforming how the built environment is designed, delivered, and operated. The Strategy organization plays a central role in defining Autodesk’s long-term direction and ensuring alignment across product, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams.

We are seeking a Program Manager who can operate at both strategic altitude and day-to-day detail. In this role, you will help drive key strategic initiatives while ensuring the operational heartbeat of the Strategy team stays strong. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to bring structure, maintain momentum, and ensure teams are prepared, informed, and set up for success.

This role is highly cross-functional and ideal for a Program Manager who is organized, proactive, an excellent communicator, and motivated by enabling teams to collaborate and execute more effectively. This role is for a highly organized, action-oriented operator who keeps high-impact initiatives moving, brings clarity to complex work, and drives alignment across teams.

Responsibilities
  • Own Program Rhythms & Operational Excellence:
Lead coordination across major strategy work streams, shaping planning cycles, meeting cadences, and documentation standards that ensure smooth execution and clear accountability.
  • Be the Cross-Functional Connector:
Serve as the central coordination point across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success – managing dependencies, clarifying owners, and removing blockers to keep initiatives moving quickly and effectively.
  • Elevate Communication & Alignment:
Distill complex program statuses, risks, and decisions into clear, concise communications and executive-level materials (briefs, summaries, presentations) to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on strategic priorities.
  • Power Strategic Planning:
Play a key role in annual and quarterly planning cycles, managing inputs, tracking progress against strategic goals, and coordinating readiness for major initiatives and leadership checkpoints.
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5+ years of program management, project coordination, business operations, or similar experience.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in technology, AEC, SaaS, or related environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to work with both strategic leaders and execution teams.
  • Proficiency with program management tools (Airtable, Miro, etc.).
  • Experience supporting strategy, product, or GTM teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AECO workflows or industry concepts is helpful but not required.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Is skilled at managing multiple moving parts and keeping programs running smoothly.
  • Is comfortable navigating different teams and priorities while creating structure and clarity.
  • Is an effective communicator who can summarize, translate, and drive action.
  • Is collaborative, approachable, and trusted by leaders and partners alike.
