Division Director field, MA

Overview

The Division Director will provide hands-on supervision and guidance to Program Directors to ensure that every aspect of the programs reflects a commitment to excellence. The director will work closely with program and executive leadership to cultivate a work environment that values the unique strengths of the staff and the families the program serves. Additionally, they will play a key role in driving program growth, from developing new initiatives to enhancing existing services to ensure that we continue to meet the evolving needs of our community.

This will involve analyzing data and working to improve the programs.

  8 AM to 4:30 PM

• Master’s Degree in a related field required, highly preferred
• Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a related field (Business Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Psychology)
• Demonstrated success in collaboration efforts in partnership with internal programs and external community entities
• Demonstrated experience with collecting and organizing data from various sources to inform client care and service delivery
• Working knowledge of the principles of general management and fiscal management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Compensation:
  Salary range is $95K-$105K
