Overview
Dare Commercial Services is looking for an experienced individual to do site inspections at commercial sites for a client in Springfield, MA. You will be using a state of the art inspection app. You will be looking for maintenance related issues such as potholes, graffiti and debris among other issues. An inspection takes about 30 minutes.
Responsibilities- Perform site inspections at commercial sites in Springfield, MA using a state of the art inspection app.
- Identify maintenance related issues such as potholes, graffiti and debris among other issues.
- Complete inspections in a timely and accurate manner.
- Own a smart phone or tablet (iOS preferred).
- Ability to be consistent.
- Reliable transportation.
