We are seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join our litigation department. This role is open to a new attorney or someone with up to six years of experience who is eager to develop as a well-rounded litigator through hands-on training and mentorship.

• Represent businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals in a wide range of litigation matters
• Participate directly in client meetings, depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy, legal analysis, and trial preparation
• Engage in thoughtful, case-specific writing assignments and legal research
• Work closely with attorneys across practice areas as matters require

• JD from an accredited law school
• New attorneys or candidates with up to five years of litigation experience encouraged to apply
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Interest in hands-on litigation and professional development
• Demonstrated commitment to building a long-term career in Western Massachusetts
