Real Estate Attorney

We’re partnering with a mission-driven organization in Western Massachusetts that’s hiring an experienced Real Estate Attorney with real courtroom exposure to support housing and community-focused legal work.

This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable appearing in court, managing active cases, and working directly with internal teams.

• Handle housing-related litigation and appear regularly in MA courts
• Manage cases involving landlord-tenant matters and housing program disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents
• Support housing development and program contracts
• Advise on compliance and regulatory issues tied to affordable housing programs
• Partner with program staff through hands-on legal guidance and training

• Massachusetts Bar admission
• Comfort managing cases independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• Background in housing, real estate, nonprofit, or regulated settings preferred
