A technology services provider is seeking an experienced IT Voice & Collaboration Consultant for a 7-month project to migrate their telephony platform to Microsoft Teams Phone. The consultant will ensure a seamless transition from Avaya, assist with user support and onboarding, and provide ongoing operational support post-migration. Ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams voice and cloud migrations, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer support.
