Systems Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Data Analyst, IT Consultant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements that drive results. You’ll play a critical role in delivering IT projects on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze & Collaborate:
Partner with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business and functional requirements for complex IT initiatives.
Solve Problems:
Translate business challenges into innovative technology solutions and process improvements that add value.
Drive Project Impact:
Work closely with consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project execution.
Agile Methodology:
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business and technical teams using a structured approach.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and lead opportunities for optimizing processes, improving workflows, and enhancing business efficiency.
Required:
Experience:
3–5 years of hands‑on experience as an IT Business Analyst, ideally in a consulting or technology‑driven environment.
Skills:
Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation. Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence platforms.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Problem Solver: A proactive thinker who thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys solving complex challenges.
Preferred:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, AWS).
- Strong familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
- Exposure to JIRA
- Incumbent must be able to communicate effectively.
- Ability to operate personal computer and related technologies.
- Incumbent works primarily in a remote environment or a private or shared office environment.
The target hiring range for this role is $92,990 - $125,810 ( Annually). The starting base salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and other job‑related factors.
