- Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and industry events
- Advanced degree or research background in AI/ML
- Experience with React and modern frontend tooling
- Familiarity with agent tracing and observability techniques for AI applications
- Proven ability to explain complex AI concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience using design systems to create enterprise‑ready UIs
