The Data Management System Analyst is a dual role with several specialized functions that contribute significantly to the YWCA’s Transitional/Rapid Re‑Housing Program (TH‑RRH). The TH‑RRH program provides seven units of transitional housing and 22 units of Rapid Re‑Housing to homeless survivors of intimate partner violence (IPV) in Hampden County. The Analyst will lead data management workflows for the TH‑RRH project, oversee data entry and management into AWARDS (a certified HMIS‑comparable database) for the YWCA’s TH‑RRH Project, ensure project staff enters all HMIS data elements accurately, maintain compliance with federal, local, state, and foundation funder requirements, and collaborate on other AWARDS projects to ensure reliable and accurate data while prioritizing user experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data/Business Analysis (or related field)
• Strong public‑speaking and training experience
• Expertise in professional office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and engage in collaborative work
• High levels of accuracy and organization, meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• CPR and First Aid certification obtained within the Introductory Period
• Ability to be covered by the agency’s insurance policy
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs.
