Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

Job Summary

Location:

Remote in the following approved states; MA & CT.

As a Workday Support Analyst, you will monitor the support queue, troubleshoot user issues, and resolve tickets related to HR modules. You'll collaborate with internal teams such as HR and IT to trouble shoot issues, diagnose problems, implement solutions, and assist with system updates or process improvements. Regular tasks may also include executing Workday HCM transactions, generating reports, testing new Workday features, and providing user training or documentation.

This role offers a dynamic mix of system support, technical analysis, and stakeholder interaction, making it both challenging and rewarding for those who enjoy problem-solving and continuous learning.

Job Requirements
  • Provide Workday support for HR and Managers across the Workday HCM suite, with emphasis on Staffing, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, and Time/Absence.
  • Recommend enhancements to the configuration of HR systems to ensure efficient business process automation.
  • Support HR and other end-users in the effective use of HR systems.
  • Work with HR system vendors as needed on systems maintenance and upgrades.
  • Serve as a troubleshooting resource and work with the various stakeholders to resolve complex systems issues.
  • Work with IT teams to ensure efficient integration with other systems.
  • Work with the HR Operations team to understand the needs of the HR and HR related stakeholders.
  • Participate and coordinate end-user testing.
  • Participate in release testing and additional testing to validate any system updates to HR systems.
  • Understand reporting requirements and match to Workday reporting capabilities.
  • Execute HCM transactions as needed; participate in user training and development of training materials as needed.
Required Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience
  • 4+ years’ Workday HR Systems admin experience required with a focus on Staffing, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent and Time/Absence;
    Deep understanding of HCM business processes.
  • 4+ years of prior experience providing HR systems support consulting experience.
  • Prior experience performing system testing in a Workday environment.
  • 1+ years of using service management software.
Preferred Experience
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Preferred experience to include Workday Studio, EIB Templates, XML, or Web Service Calls.
  • Prior experience training end users on enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with using/maintaining standard operating procedures and knowledge articles/job aides is a plus.
Skills/Competencies
  • Able to provide exceptional customer service and a consultative approach.
  • Able to utilize Workday environments to troubleshoot issues and identify the root cause of problems.
  • Able to collaborate with centers of excellence as needed to understand broader impacts to Workday issues and identify solutions to address cross-functional impacts.
  • Able to assess systems problems, identify impacts and provide recommended solutions to internal HR managers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative and a team player.
