Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant
Pride Health is hiring a Senior Healthcare Recruiter
- Talent Acquisition for one of its clients based in Massachusetts.
This is a 3-month contract with a possible extension, with competitive pay and benefits.
This is a Hybrid role.
Location – Springfield, MA (01199)
Pay range - $42 - $50 an Hour on a W2.
Length of assignment – 3 months(With Possible extension)
Shift – Monday to Friday (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)
Job Duties- Strategic development of sourcing plan:
Works closely with clinical and administrative leadership to develop a comprehensive overview of need, including search initiation meeting and review of competencies needed within the department. Review and update of posting language, posting position, managing candidate volume, and unposting as needed, ability to determine when evergreen requisitions are needed. Presents a solid understanding of clinical careers and the ability to identify individuals with skill sets needed, the ability to identify an organization role that is picking up on recruitment volume or one that is hard to fill, and work with a manager to create a comprehensive sourcing strategy.
Ability to create sourcing pools and continually focus on creative sourcing tactics. - Candidate Assessment:
Screening - reviewing applicants in an expedited manner from ATS and referrals to assess skill set, general competency, and certifications for various roles. Interviewing - understanding of compliance and eligibility policies, ability to assess individual competencies for the role, conduct phone, video, and/or in-person interviews. Ability to offer a complex overview of the client’s benefits and culture. Presentation of candidates - Work with the hiring manager to develop a presentation process that is acceptable and timely.
Understand what information is important to pass along to provide hiring managers with the information needed to make decisions. Solid understanding of healthcare careers and the ability to discuss pathways and career ladders in healthcare. Strategic approach to candidates to identify other fits for them within the organization. - Selection /
Offer:
Ability to guide the offer process by leading the manager and compensation to determine an equitable offer, ability to communicate offers to the candidate, and finalize the hire process in ATS. Ability to manage complex negotiations between candidates, compensation, and hiring managers. - Administrative Tasks;
Work independently following all technical guidelines of ATS, follow guidelines of advancement and declination of candidates in ATS, follow up on approvals as necessary, follow state and federal guidelines for recruitment. - Collaboration:
Work professionally and collaboratively with hiring managers, TA Colleagues, and HR colleagues. Set regular meetings with hiring managers and directors, and have the ability to identify and provide data needed in operational decisions. Identify areas of concern with vacancies, determine data needed to explore issues, and have the ability to work with HRBP, Compensation, TA management, and hospital leadership to address issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- 10 years of recruitment experience instead of a degree.
- Minimum 2 Years of Nursing Recruitment Experience.
- 5 years of healthcare recruiting or area of recruitment expertise.
- Solid understanding of healthcare careers and operations, strategic approach to recruitment, including formal search initiation.
- Dedication to rewriting postings that are attractive to candidates.
- The ability to develop a comprehensive marketing and sourcing plan.
- Sales-oriented with competitive drive and strong negotiation skills.
- Desire to mentor associate recruiters with an attitude of support for other colleagues.
- Comprehensive style of managing requisitions promptly.
- Focus on customer service, clear and professional communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
