Latino Counseling Center, a growing family of bi-lingual caregivers, has been serving the English and Spanish-speaking communities since 2018. Position Overview:

The CBHI Therapeutic Mentor (TM) at Latino Counseling Center offers structured, one-on-one support to children and adolescents within the CBHI program. This role involves helping clients build social skills, develop coping mechanisms, and achieve personal goals. The Therapeutic Mentor works closely with the clinical team to ensure that mentoring activities align with the overall treatment plan and contribute to the client’s mental health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to children and adolescents.

Implement individualized treatment plans.

Assist with developing social and life skills.

Collaborate with clinicians and families to support treatment goals.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Must have an active drivers license.

Latino Counseling Center conducts criminal background checks and drug testing as part of our interview process.
