Here, you’ll work side‑by‑side with fellowship‑trained orthopedic surgeons in a coordinated care model that prioritizes clinical quality and patient outcomes. Our consistent referral stream allows you to focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional orthopedic care — without the pressure of generating volume or navigating multiple administrative layers.

We offer a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, no weekend rotations, and a team‑oriented environment that supports both professional growth and work‑life balance.

What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Progress patients based on functional outcomes
  • Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and patient experience
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy License (required)
  • Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred but not required
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Ability to manage an efficient patient schedule
