Hours:
Full-time | Day Shifts | No nights or weekends
Pay Range: $20-27 an hour (based on experience)
New England Orthopedic Surgeons (NEOS), a leading physician-owned orthopedic practice in Springfield, MA, is looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. At NEOS, you’ll play an important role in helping patients return to mobility while working alongside some of the region’s top orthopedic specialists.

- Support providers during patient exams, procedures, and daily clinic flow
- Record vital signs, prepare injections, and provide patient instructions
- Document patient information in the EMR accurately and efficiently
- Assist with scheduling, calls, and patient message triage
- Keep exam rooms stocked, clean, and ready for use
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (preferred)
- 2+ years of clinical experience (
orthopedic experience a plus
) - Familiarity with EMR systems (Athena a plus) and routine clinical procedures
- CMA or RMA certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Monday to Friday, daytime hours
- No nights, weekends, or major holidays
