We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Supervisor to support our dynamic Pulmonology Specialty team.

In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our practice, ensuring an exceptional experience for both patients and staff. You’ll lead administrative functions, support workflow efficiency, and help cultivate a positive, patient‑centered environment.

Responsibilities
  • Position

    Purpose:

    The Practice Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the practice and performing a variety of administrative functions related to the practice operations.
  • What you will do:

    Responsible for customer service and productivity standards within the assigned practices. Ensures that the Manager, Operations Physician Practices is informed of issues in a timely fashion.
  • Collaborates with the Manager, Operations Physician Practices in all hiring decisions and employee performance management.
  • Coordinates staff within assigned practices to ensure proper coverage for quality patient care along with monitoring attendance for all practice employees.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma and eight (8) years healthcare experience, or Associates  in a healthcare field and five (5) years  experience, or a Bachelor's degree and two (2) years  of healthcare experience.
  • Experience in an outpatient office environment preferred; one (1+) year supervisory/managerial experience is preferred. Proven experience in all aspects of a medical/healthcare practice.
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Demonstrated ability in leadership and managing a team.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organization and communication skills required.
  • Results oriented with a high level of attention to detail.

Ability to improve quality and productivity by identifying improvement opportunities in the practice.

Pay Range

$24.85 - $39.75

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
