This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in the Springfield, Massachusetts Metropolitan Area. The Home Health Aide is responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. The role involves providing patient-centered care, effective communication with clients and their families, and collaborating with other caregivers to ensure the highest quality of service.

• Proficiency in providing Personal Care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living
• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Experience in Home Care and Patient Care practices
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients
• Ability to manage time effectively and maintain professionalism in client interactions
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus
