Pay$21.50/hr.
What You’ll DoAs a counselor at the crisis stabilization unit, you will help provide services and comfort for the adult mental health population in Western Mass as they work to meet program goals.

- Ability to work as a team member and establish rapport with individuals, family and collateral providers.
- Individuals served are provided a range of services including assessments, groups, and one-on-one counseling.
- Supervision and training is provided as a regular part of the counselor positions
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- BA Degree preferred or equivalent experience in behavioral health setting
- 1 year of experience in Human Services Field
- Knowledge of and high motivation to work with behavioral health population
- Excellent organizational skills
