Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Emotional Support
:
Provide companionship and emotional encouragement, helping clients maintain a positive outlook. - Mobility Assistance
:
Aid clients with mobility using Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices (experience preferred but not required). - Follow Care Plans
:
Work closely with nurses, therapists, and doctors to provide care as outlined in individual care plans. - Maintain Environment
:
Keep the home environment clean, safe, and supportive of each client’s needs. - Documentation
:
Accurately record patient care and report any changes in condition to the care team.
