This is a full‑time on‑site role in Springfield, MA, for a Clinician at New Growth Recovery. The Clinician will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining thorough and up‑to‑date documentation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care, and supporting patients in their recovery journey through ongoing evaluation and adjustment of care plans.

Active participation in team meetings and engagement with patients’ families or support systems are also expected.

• Knowledge and experience in clinical assessment, mental health counseling, and therapeutic techniques
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate patient records and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations
• Capacity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and engage in case consultations
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Clinician (e.g., LCSW, LADC, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent) in Massachusetts
• Master’s degree (or enrolled) in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field müə>

• Compassionate, patient‑focused demeanor with a commitment to supporting individuals in their recovery
