Bilingual TMS Technician | O.P. Clinic – Gandara Center
At Gandara Center, we are seeking a bilingual TMS technician for the O.P. Clinic. Join our team to help provide quality services to our members.
Responsibilities- Provide customer service to persons served, including scheduling/rescheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, translations and liaising between staff members and addressing issues as they arise.
- Scanning documents into the electronic health record, as assigned.
- Providing educational consultation to interested individuals served.
- Escorting persons served to and from the waiting room.
- Assist with Prior Authorizations.
- Managing referral leads.
- Monthly reporting of statistical data.
- Building and maintaining community relationships with referral sources and the Neuro Star TMS coordinator.
- Delivering TMS therapy to individuals served (on‑site training provided).
- Clerical duties such as phone calls, faxing, photocopying or transcribing.
- Communicate any facility, medical team or other operational issue to the Floor Supervisor, Practice Manager or other member of the Clinic Management Team.
- Review and respond to voicemails and emails within two (2) business days.
- Provide a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions.
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.
- Travel, as needed.
- Adhere to program and agency policies and procedures.
- Ensure that required documentation is completed professionally and accurately and filed in the electronic health record in a timely manner.
- Attend scheduled supervisory meetings.
- Complete time sheets and submit them accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain job‑related record keeping accurately and submit reports in a timely manner.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Medical Assistant Certification/Health Care Clinical Professional preferred, or two or more years of related experience.
- Knowledge of office practices and a professional environment.
- Basic knowledge of scheduling.
- Understanding of the population and information sensitivity.
