Surgical Onsite Specialist; MA​/RI

• Provide real-time procedural assistance and technical support for Surgical Centers of Therapy within assigned territory
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures
• Conduct equipment and software upgrades, and perform fleet audits to ensure compliance and performance
• Lead training sessions for physicians and surgical staff on product applications and usage
• Assist the Surgical Account Manager with product trials, implementation, and sales strategies

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a field-based role
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• 1+ year of clinical experience in the operating room
• Relevant clinical or hospital experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
• Demonstrated strong drive for results and action-oriented work ethic
• Ability to develop and present complex product demonstrations
