Make a real difference in the lives of families as a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) here TT&S will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician, supporting the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and working with clients and their family/caregivers to support in‑home therapy goals. This will help treat behavioral needs and improve families’ ability to provide effective support for clients’ successful functioning in the home and community.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field:
Required - Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car
- Optional 4‑Day work week available! Work four 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday.

- Full‑time salary: $42,000 – $52,000. Incentive rate: $40/h over productivity.
