The Bilingual
In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children’s needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese – Required
• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

• Option of a traditional 5‑day or 4‑day work week! Work four 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday!

• Full‑time salary: $64,000 – $72,000 with incentive rate $60/hour over productivity!
• Fee for service rate: $50 – $70/hour
