Job Title:
Home Health Aide/CNA/LNA
Summary:
To assist clients in their own homes with activities of daily living, boost their spirits, and significantly improve their quality of life, by delivering quality and safe home health care services.
- Provides necessary information on their health status and experience.
- Accepts only assignments for which qualified.
- Attends agency orientation, in‑service education programs, and staff meetings as required.
- Practices safety and competency within the job description.
- Communicates with the agency about problems, concerns, and scheduling of HHA services.
- Complies with State and Federal regulatory acts and agency policies.
- Completes required documentation accurately and on a timely basis.
- Respects and maintains client confidentiality at all times.
- Reports concerns of client abuse or neglect.
- Refrains from discussing personal problems, concerns, or opinions with the client or client representatives.
- Establishes and maintains a therapeutic relationship with the client.
- Maintains access to an email account for client updates, schedule changes, and company information.
- Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training procedures.
- Maintains a clean, insured vehicle that has up‑to‑date manufacturer‑recommended scheduled services.
- Assists with lifting and moving clients up to 75 lbs.
- Must continue to achieve satisfactory competency and performance evaluation annually after a 90‑day probationary period.
- At least 18 years old.
- Must have access to internet.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Committed to the rights of seniors and disabled people to live dignified lives.
- Flexible, sensitive to others’ needs, reliable, and able to cope with emergencies.
- Has successfully completed the required training program or its equivalent for Home Health Aides and has demonstrated competency.
- Prior home‑care experience is helpful.
- Able to read, write, and speak English.
- Able to carry out and understand directions and instructions.
- Able to record messages and keep records.
- Physically and emotionally capable of performing the job.
- Additional certifications (e.g., CPR Certification, Alzheimer’s Certification) are a plus.

- Technical communication, organization, time management, customer relations, planning, computer literacy, customer service, professionalism
Hourly: $20.00–$24.00 (depending on experience and certification)
