Medical Assistant

Location: 300 Birnie Ave, Springfield, MA

Hours: Full‑time – Day Shifts – No nights or weekends

Pay Range: $20–27 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
  • Support providers during patient exams, procedures, and daily clinic flow.
  • Record vital signs, prepare injections, and provide patient instructions.
  • Document patient information in the EMR accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with scheduling, calls, and patient message triage.
  • Keep exam rooms stocked, clean, and ready for use.
What We’re Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (preferred).
  • 2+ years of clinical experience (orthopedic experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with EMR systems (Athena a plus) and routine clinical procedures.
  • CMA or RMA certification preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, daytime hours.
  • No nights, weekends, or major holidays.
