Medical Assistant
Location: 300 Birnie Ave, Springfield, MA

Hours: Full‑time – Day Shifts – No nights or weekends
Pay Range: $20–27 per hour (based on experience)
OverviewNew England Orthopedic Surgeons (NEOS), a leading physician‑owned orthopedic practice in Springfield, MA, is looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. At NEOS, you’ll help patients return to mobility while working alongside top orthopedic specialists.

- Support providers during patient exams, procedures, and daily clinic flow.
- Record vital signs, prepare injections, and provide patient instructions.
- Document patient information in the EMR accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling, calls, and patient message triage.
- Keep exam rooms stocked, clean, and ready for use.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (preferred).
- 2+ years of clinical experience (orthopedic experience a plus).
- Familiarity with EMR systems (Athena a plus) and routine clinical procedures.
- CMA or RMA certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
- Monday to Friday, daytime hours.
- No nights, weekends, or major holidays.
