The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership to our Pine Street outpatient clinic in Springfield, MA. This position plays a central role in supporting high-quality care within an outpatient community behavioral health setting.

• Provide leadership, oversight of daily operations, and clinical guidance to master’s-level and licensed clinicians, as well as second-year interns.
• Deliver regular clinical supervision and ensure adherence to best practices and funder requirements.
• Administrative functions including chart reviews, documentation oversight, data reporting, and contributing to quality improvement efforts.
• Collaborate across disciplines and service lines to ensure coordinated, client‑centered care.

• Degree in behavioral health.
• Massachusetts independent license: LMHC (3+ years required for LMHC) or LICSW or LMFT.
• Supervisory experience and understanding of evidence‑based practices (MI, DBT, CBT, ACRA, etc.).

Compensation: Starting at $75,000 per year. Pay rate will commensurate with experience.
