Role Overview

As a member of the Residential Services clinical team, the BCBA will develop, implement, and refine behavioral supports for clients with social, emotional, and behavioral health needs. The role includes conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, providing individual and group interventions, and training staff.

Responsibilities
  • Support development, implementation, and refinement of programmatic and individual behavioral supports.
  • Model data collection, conduct functional behavior assessments, and develop behavior strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
  • Serve as the primary interventionist: formulate treatment plans, provide crisis intervention, and deliver group work to youth.
  • Provide ongoing support and training workshops for direct support professionals and other staff.
  • Maintain data, paperwork, and communication between staff and families; provide feedback to government agencies.
  • Assist with transportation of clients to and from sites as required.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Human Services, or Special Education.
  • Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Approved CORI & DCF background checks (pre‑verified by the EEC).
  • Approved driving background check and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
  • Experience writing IEP goals, objectives, and benchmarks.
