The Physical Therapist provides evaluation and therapy services—including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transition of care—in an efficient, age‑appropriate, and culturally sensitive manner upon licensed independent practitioner referral. In this position, you will help our patients through their journey from the moment the child is brought through the door to the time they leave to go home. You will provide evaluations and therapy services, education, and training to meet the needs of our patients.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and grow in their practice by being exposed to multiple settings.
This is a full‑time position.
The pay range for this position is $40.06 hourly to $60.09 hourly. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and department equity.
Responsibilities- Upon receiving a licensed independent practitioner referral, implement a systematic patient examination and evaluation utilizing comprehensive compliant and safe clinical care demonstrating the philosophy of family‑centered care.
- Work with medical staff and the multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized plans of care to meet the needs of the patient and their family.
- Create appropriate discharge plans by collaborating with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Function as a team member and develop leadership skills through activities such as mentoring and providing education to students and other professionals.
- Support risk management and compliance initiatives through accurate, thorough documentation.

Required Qualifications- Education necessary to obtain License in State of Practice.
- Massachusetts PT license.
- 1 year physical therapy experience; new grads will be considered.
- Pediatric experience.
