Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to support a specialty pharmaceutical product. This high-impact, client-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving access and reimbursement challenges and enjoys building strong relationships with providers. Expertise in Retail and Specialty Pharmacy, including prior authorizations, appeals, denials, and provider education.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Additional compensation typesAnnual Bonus and Sign-on bonus
Role detailsHybrid Role | 3-4 days In Field + Remote Admin Fridays
Territory: Upstate NY New Haven/Hartford, CT and Springfield MA
Salary: $110K–$115K (based on region and experience)
Compensation & Perks: Sign-on bonus + annual raise + performance bonus

Responsibilities- Territory management
- Training provider office staff
- Navigating complex reimbursement challenges
- Staying updated on drug policies, FDA indications, and reimbursement changes
- Prior authorizations, benefits investigations, appeals & denials
- Medicare & Medicaid knowledge, including local payor landscape
- Navigating access challenges when PHI is unavailable
- Escalations, commercial co-pay approvals, and patient assistance programs
