What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Analyst
, you will provide high-quality, family-centered services grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). In this role, you will:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and identify goals tailored to each youth
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Create behavior measurement systems to track progress and guide treatment decisions
- Provide direct assessment and treatment for enrolled youth across settings (home, school, community)
- Collaborate with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent implementation and positive outcomes
Who You Are
- Master’s Degree in a mental health or related field (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis (required)
- BCBA/LABA certification or eligibility within one year (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and best practices
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record (required)
