ResponsibilitiesPerforms duties related to endoscopic procedures under RN/MD supervision: cleaning and maintaining equipment, obtaining specimens, performing polypectomies, expediting procedures by monitoring patients and obtaining vital signs. Maintains equipment and paperwork par levels, prepares patient charts, and prioritizes time to ensure timely patient progression. Provides 24/7 on‑call support to nursing personnel.
You Will Be Responsible For- Exceptional patient care: patient‑centered focus.
- Excellent communication: written and verbal with admin, colleagues, patients, families.
- Strong educator: educate patients/families about care.
- Technical familiarity: standard computers and Microsoft Office.
- Active teamwork: problem solving, conflict resolution, positive communication.
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED; completion of GI‑specific modules within 6 months. - Experience:
Prior GI or clinical environment preferred; basic computer skills. - Certification: BLS; maintain clinical competency for assignment.
Part‑time.
ShiftRotating shift. 40 hours on day shift – flex schedule.
Pay Range$18.00 - $26.10 per hour (based on experience, skills, education).
