Residential Mortgage Loan Coordinator

A company is looking for a Residential Mortgage Loan Coordinator to assist with coordinating and verifying information on loans in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain all paperwork for existing and new loans, ensuring completeness and accuracy Act as the initial point of contact for completed loan applications and follow up with third parties for required documents Collaborate with internal and external parties to facilitate the loan process and provide status updates as needed

Required Qualifications Current experience in a coordinator role within a broker environment 2+ years of mortgage operations experience, with experience in registering, locking, and disclosing residential mortgage loans Familiarity with UWM preferred Ability to learn quickly and operate independently in a high-volume role Team-oriented, adaptable, and accountable with strong organizational skills
