Key Responsibilities Perform timely underwriting of loan packages and appraisals to ensure adherence to guidelines Review and analyze complex income documentation while vetting files for potential fraud Collaborate with Loan Originators to restructure questionable loans and resolve file-specific issues Qualifications 5 years of recent underwriting experience for conventional and FHA loans DE designation is required; VA designation is a plus Experience using Encompass is a plus
