Accounting Analyst

SNI Financial is currently partnering with a well-respected non-profit organization in the Springfield area in their search for a Real Estate Accounting Analyst!

The Real Estate Accounting Analyst works closely with the organization's real estate development arm, providing analyses, agency insurance management, and support to the finance team.

• Partner with finance leadership, development managers, real estate development leadership, and other key stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain project authorizations, budgets, and financial schedules
• Manage and prepare project cost requisitions and staying on track with deadlines
