** THE JOB:
** Join the excitement at MGM Springfield as a
** Surveillance Operator**, where you'll play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes outstanding service for guests and employees alike. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a fair, safe, and secure atmosphere by upholding company policies, procedures, and relevant laws, creating accountability across the board.

** THE STARTING RATE:** $22.00 per hour    
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Operate various closed-circuit television (CCTV) technology to monitor and review casino activities, archive audio and video evidence and monitor the system for malfunctions.
* Proactively monitor all casino areas and personnel to promote accountability with policies and procedures, identify suspicious activity, and deter fraud and theft.
* Proactively observe and review video then complete required documentation regarding specific incidents including but not limited to guest complaints, procedure errors, risk management issues, player evaluations, theft, and variances.
* Identify trends and abnormalities by reviewing data through various software applications and investigating anomalies.
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Has a high school diploma or GED
* Has 1+ years of prior relevant experience

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
