** Lead Educator
** to take charge of your own room and support the service in delivering quality education and care.

As a Lead Educator, you will:
* Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of engaging learning experiences.
* Ensure all programs align with
** EYLF
* * and National Quality Standards.
* Mentor and support fellow educators within your room.
* Build positive partnerships with families to support children’s learning journeys.
** What You’ll Need
*** Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACEQCA-approved equivalent).
* Current WA
** Working with Children Check (Employee)**.
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
* Leadership skills and a collaborative attitude.
