Description of Primary DutiesStudent Engagement Officers reach out to alumni, friends, and parents of Missouri State University to connect about their Missouri State experiences and fundraise for vital resources on campus. Students will utilize computers that auto-dial to connect via phone, text message, etc. Students are fully trained by an Engagement Center Assistant Director or Supervisor. Games are played nightly, and the work environment may be considered the most fun on campus!
Required QualificationsCommunication skills are a must. Students must be comfortable operating a computer and phone. Students should exhibit attention to detail, conversational skills, and knowledge of Missouri State University.
