• Current Massachusetts secondary level teacher licensure (8‑12; 5‑12) or waiver‑eligible teacher willing to obtain certification.
• Experience with students placed at‑risk or multi‑grade level.
• Mathematics or Science certification preferred.
• Ability to teach extra subjects may be required.
• Proven passion for social justice, equity, compassion, patience, and flexibility.

• Membership in the Massachusetts Teacher Retirement System (MTRS)
• Small class sizes (approximately 5 or fewer per class)
• Behavioral staff support in the classroom
