Our flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, hosts the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School‑Baystate. We are seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our organization.

Position Highlights- The Hospital Medicine Division consists of over 250 dedicated physicians and APPs practicing evidence-based medicine throughout our four hospitals in western MA.
- Baystate Medical Center is a 716‑bed flagship hospital, a level 1 trauma and tertiary care center; hospitalists also provide services at our three community hospitals within a 20–45 minute radius.
- We offer a 7‑on/7‑off schedule with 10‑hour shifts split between Baystate Medical Center and our community sites, supported by swing shift and nocturnist providers.
- Our hospitalists manage more than 40,000 discharges annually system‑wide across all medical and surgical subspecialties, accounting for over 250,000 encounters across our four hospitals.

ABMS BE/BC in internal medicine. Dedicated to a hospital medicine career. Hospitalist experience strongly preferred.
CompensationHospital Medicine: $233,000 – $390,000
