Yes, but not for Mammography Patient Age Demographic: adult, geriatric Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2 months if MA licensed Facility will reimburse for the following:
Flight, Hotel, Rental Car

Required:
- Mammography
- Breast procedures
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified - A - REQUIRED
- MA License - REQUIRED
- Conversion rate cap 25k- REQUIRED
