Advanced Practice Provider (Dermatology) – PA
We are a thriving, multispecialty dermatology practice serving Western Massachusetts and surrounding communities for over 70 years. With four offices—including our flagship in Springfield, MA, and additional locations in Longmeadow, Northampton, and Westfield—we are proud to offer comprehensive dermatologic services across General Dermatology, Mohs Surgery, and Cosmetic Dermatology.
Our practice is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team of nine physicians, seven advanced practice providers, and full clinical and administrative support staff.

- Deliver high-quality dermatologic care through assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing patient management.
- Provide care across General Dermatology, with opportunities for Mohs Surgery support and Cosmetic Dermatology services.
- Acquire and review patient histories, diagnostic tests, and pathology results; identify abnormal findings and create treatment plans.
- Prescribe and administer appropriate medications and therapies.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation within Mod Med EMA EMR.
- Cultivate strong patient relationships built on trust, empathy, and clear communication.
- Provide six to eight clinical sessions per week of direct patient care, with administrative time and telehealth options available.
- Collaborate respectfully with physicians, peers, and practice staff.
- PA degree from an accredited program.
- Current Massachusetts license and registration as a Physician Assistant.
- Dermatology experience required (general, surgical, or cosmetic).
- Strong knowledge of current dermatologic practices and guidelines.
- Familiarity with Mod Med EMA EMR strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, bedside manner, and team-oriented mindset.
- Full-time preferred (part-time considered).
