Full-time assignment at a community health center in Springfield, Massachusetts with flexible scheduling and long-term potential.

No call required; evenings and weekends are yours
6-12 month contract with full-time hours
Support from MAs, RNs, and an APP (you supervise)

Practice Setting

Outpatient community health center
Diverse patient panel with both adult and pediatric cases
EPIC charting system

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
36 clinical hours and 4 admin hours per week
Admin time is flexible; your choice of structure

Cases and Procedures

Acute care, chronic disease management, well/sick visits
Optional procedures: joint injections, IUDs, abscess drainage, suturing
16 patients per day on average

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active Massachusetts license, CSR, DEA, and BLS
Open to MDs and DOs

Travel Accommodations

Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage all covered
Lodging in provided apartment when available
