Primary Care Primary Care Physician - Springfield, MA (Accepting New Graduates)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible round-and-go model
Pay: $200k - $350k Annually


Position Summary:

A growing post-acute medical group is seeking motivated Primary Care Physicians to provide on-site medical care in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings. This position offers strong autonomy, high earnings, and minimal call responsibilities in a structured and supportive environment. The incoming physician will enjoy flexible scheduling, independence, and the opportunity to take on Medical Directorships across multiple facilities.

Position Highlights:

• Monday-Friday schedule with flexible rounding
• Average 15-20 patients per day
• Minimal call (typically 2 nights and 1 weekend per month; call can be sold to other providers)
• 2-3 openings available
• Optional Medical Directorship opportunities with monthly stipends

Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary care and ongoing management for post-acute and long-term care patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Order and review labs, imaging, and diagnostics
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Collaborate closely with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and facility staff

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active or eligibility for a Massachusetts medical license
• New graduates accepted with relevant facility-based or geriatric experience
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a post-acute environment
