Baystate Dental of Springfield is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist in Springfield, MA to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. We are committed to providing comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health.
As a Dental Hygienist at Baystate Dental of Springfield , you’ll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly, growth-oriented workplace where patient comfort is always a priority.
Our team works closely together in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced technology such as Overjet, a CBCT scanner, hygiene lasers, and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT). These tools help us deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring our hygienists have the resources and support they need to provide high-quality work they can take pride in.

What We Offer:- Competitive hourly pay $51 -$53 + Bonus

- Active or pending MA Hygiene License
- X-Ray License required
- Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable)

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
- Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records, medical history and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
