We are actively seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences.

Pay: $55‑$65 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

Sign‑On Bonuses: Up to $10,000 for full‑time hires and $5,000 for part‑time hires.

Bonuses: Bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus and monthly bonuses based on office performance.

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services under the general supervision of a dentist.
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and other related procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, including opportunities for Same‑Day Care.
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
• Assess patients’ dental condition and review medical history.
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process.
• Assist with dental and perio charting and take x‑rays when necessary.
• Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for patients and parents.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment, required upon hire.
