💼What We Offer
- 💰 $20–$23/hour based on experience + monthly bonus incentives

- Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures
- Taking high-quality digital X-rays
- Preparing and sterilizing operatories and instruments
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Restocking supplies, tracking inventory, and maintaining organized treatment areas
- Supporting smooth daily clinical flow and team collaboration
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Active Massachusetts Dental Assistant license or completion of a CODA-accredited Dental Assistant program (required)
- DANB CDA, ICE, RHS, and CPR certifications (preferred)
- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred (motivated candidates eager to grow are encouraged to apply)
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented with strong communication skills
