THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FORTHE ROLE ARE:
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent NQF4 qualification.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with proven experience in a customer‑service–driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation.
A valid driver’s licence.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required by the business.
Will also count highly in your favour if you have
Previous experience in the automotive industry (dealership, car rental, or related environment).
Familiarity with CRM or customer management systems.
Sales experience, or experience with up‑selling of products or services.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
Warmly greet and welcome clients visiting the showroom.
Provide a professional first point of contact for all walk‑in customers.
Ensure each client enjoys a smooth, efficient, and memorable buying journey.
Maintain a welcoming, approachable, and informative presence at all times.
Answer product‑related queries in a clear and professional manner.
CRM MANAGEMENT AND NEEDS ANALYSIS
Capture client information accurately using the CRM system.
Conduct needs analyses to understand client requirements and assist in building tailored deals.
VEHICLE DEMONSTRATIONS
UPSELLING OF ADD-ON PRODUCTS
Promote and upsell additional products and services to enhance customer purchases.
TEAM COLLABORATION AND ADMINISTRATION
Coordinate with the Admin Supervisor and Assistant to ensure client satisfaction.
Keep CRM records updated and accurate after each customer interaction.
