• Strengthening the CI bench and daily management cadence
• Optimising scheduling and throughput
• Executing targeted capital projects

You’ll report directly into the COO.

You’ll have autonomy.

And you’ll be measured on outcomes.

• 10+ years in high-volume CPG / food manufacturing
• Proven plant-level leadership
• Strong data and project management capability
• Experience working in intense production environments

• Enjoys precision over chaos
• Prefers sustainable systems over heroics
• Has already done turnaround work and wants a more technical challenge
• Knows how to win hearts and minds on the floor
