- Collects and analyzes sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders throughout the organization to align business tools and optimize sales strategies and objectives.
- Develops, communicates, and implements sales and broker processes and procedures to optimize operations, eliminate inefficiencies, in support of sales team staff; ensures processes are updated for relevancy, accuracy and are in accordance with Health New England’s repository policies and all applicable Regulatory and Compliance guidelines.
- Accountable for providing solutions and solving employer group issues through research and internal stakeholder partnerships.
- Responsible for ensuring the integrity of the CRM tool and alignment with business requirements and sales strategies. Analyzes CRM tool capabilities relevant to industry and sales strategies. Primary lead in working with CRM developers to communicate needs and build requirements. Responsible for testing and migration success of new enhancements, break fixes, and other business needs. Provides sales management and teams with the reports required to track, plan, forecast and measure their business and performance.
Provides adhoc reporting throughout the organization. Lead trainer for CRM tool across organization. - Analyzes for technology needs, task automation and makes recommendations for improved performance.
- Supports Sales team members as needed in all relevant sales team events, group benefit presentations, educations sessions and group health fairs, AEP, amongst others.
- Acts as a liason between Sales Teams and Sales Leadership, communicating and providing training and support.
- Provides backup support to Broker Services Coordinator and Sales Support operations team members.
- Assists in broker credentialing and compensation related reporting, analysis, investigation and training.
- Responsible for managing lead events that support Health New England's presence in community events and sponsor ships including broker appreciation and employer events, collaborating with Sales Leadership, Marketing and other key stakeholders in the organization.
- Provides personal, accountable service while developing positive, successful relationships with internal and external customers.
- Assistance with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
